eee 這個名字來自 everyday, everywhere, everyone,象徵我們的產品適合所有人、隨時隨地皆能享用。我們的 LOGO 設計簡約,以字母 e 為主體,內部融合冰淇淋勺挖取一球冰淇淋的圖像,細緻、清新,充分展現品牌的核心產品與美學追求。

  • 植物性冰淇淋:我們每月更換口味,為顧客帶來驚喜。例如 黑糖胡麻豆腐 受日式甜點啟發,味噌焦糖蘋果 透過鹹甜層次創造獨特風味。每款口味經過長時間測試,調整至最佳平衡。
  • 冰淇淋漢堡:以自家製布里歐包搭配馬達加斯加香草冰淇淋,佐以味噌焦糖醬,靈感來自港式冰火菠蘿包,並透過地瓜降低油脂,使口感更輕盈健康。
  • 肉桂捲、鹽捲麵包:無蛋奶但口感濕潤,提供開心果、黑巧克力卡士達等口味,兼顧美味與健康。

我們投入近一年時間,研讀來自日文、西班牙文、英文、中文、義大利文等不同語言的科學報告與食譜,歷經超過 200 次試驗,從糖、脂肪、蛋白質、液體與固體比例中尋找最佳平衡。

We specialize in 100% plant-based ice cream, baked goods, and nut butters, using only natural ingredients. Everything is handmade from scratch to ensure the purest taste experience.


Meaning Behind the Brand Name and Logo

The name "eee" comes from "Everyday, Everywhere, Everyone," symbolizing that our products are suitable for everyone and can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere. Our logo design is simple, focusing on the letter "e," with a subtle image of an ice cream scoop inside, representing the brand’s core product and aesthetic pursuit.


Signature Products and Development Story

Plant-Based Ice Cream:
We change the flavors monthly to surprise our customers. For example, Brown Sugar Sesame Tofu, inspired by Japanese desserts, and Miso Caramel Apple, which creates a unique flavor with a balance of salty and sweet. Every flavor is carefully tested over time to reach the best balance.

Ice Cream Burgers:
Made with our homemade brioche buns and Madagascar vanilla ice cream, served with miso caramel sauce. Inspired by Hong Kong-style "ice fire pineapple buns," we use sweet potatoes to reduce the fat content, creating a lighter, healthier texture.

Cinnamon Rolls and Salted Bread:
Dairy and egg-free, yet moist, with flavors like pistachio and dark chocolate custard, offering both deliciousness and health benefits.

We spent nearly a year studying scientific reports and recipes in languages such as Japanese, Spanish, English, Chinese, and Italian. After over 200 trials, we perfected the ideal balance of sugar, fat, protein, liquids, and solids.


Commitment to Ingredients and Selection Process

To ensure the purity and healthiness of our products, we carefully select all-natural ingredients and avoid artificial additives. For instance, we use Madagascar vanilla beans instead of artificial vanilla essence, opt for natural nut butters instead of store-bought syrups, and even make our own sauces from scratch. Additionally, we replace gums and artificial stabilizers with citrus fiber, ensuring a balance between texture and health.
