退款政策
退換貨資訊 (Return & Exchange Policy)
依據消費者保護法之規定,請您注意下列退換貨資訊:
一、依消保法第十九條第二項及行政院公佈之通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則,本店對於下列商品,恕不提供消費者保護法七天猶豫期之適用:
- 商品有易於腐敗、保存期限較短或解約時即將逾期之性質。由於這些商品易於變質腐壞,保存期限少於14天,或雖稍長但即將過期,均不適合退還後再出售。
- 依您要求所製作之客製化冰淇淋、烘焙類等商品。您在交易前已有充足的資料與時間選擇,並確認進行該交易。
- 基於食品衛生與安全,若商品已拆封使用食用,或因運送過程失溫而導致商品變質,恕不適用七天鑑賞期。
二、收到貨品後,請儘速確認訂購商品。若有非人為因素所致之商品損壞、刮傷或運輸過程中包裝破損,請立即拍照存證並聯絡我們。您可以來電0981841128或發送電子郵件至eeeplant.tw@gmail.com通知客服人員,我們會盡快為您處理。
三、若需要辦理退換貨,請提供以下資訊:
- 訂單號碼
- 姓名及聯絡電話
- 退換貨原因
- 商品問題的影片或圖片
四、退貨規範:根據民法規定,您與本店鋪應共同負責解除交易並恢復原狀。請保持商品的全新狀態,並確保主要商品、包裝袋、贈品、訂購明細、發票等不遺漏,並一併退回。退換貨商品必須保持原狀並良好保存,若因不當使用、拆封等人為因素造成損壞、滅失、變更、磨損、刮傷、髒污或包裝損壞等情況,或若商品及其他附件遺失,導致無法完整退回,恕無法接受退換。
五、訂單取消

完成訂單後,請在兩天內完成付款,否則您的訂單可能會被取消或延遲到貨。

若需取消訂單,請於原訂到貨日的3個工作日前(不包括原到貨日、假日及國定假日),並在下午18:30前聯絡我們通知取消。訂單必須經過客服確認,方可成立取消。

若您在原訂到貨日的3個工作日前取消訂單,會收取5%手續費(第三方金流費用)。

若在原訂到貨日前3個工作日內才取消訂單,商品已進入製作階段,將收取訂單金額的100%,不提供退款。

退款:確認退貨後,我們會在15日內進行退款處理,扣除違約金後,退款將透過信用卡或匯款方式完成(實際退款時間請洽發卡銀行)。

如果您選擇貨到付款但惡意棄單,我們將會追討應付的違約金(商品售價加運費)。
Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, please review the following return and exchange policy:
1. In accordance with Article 19, Section 2 of the Consumer Protection Law and the reasonable exceptions to the right of withdrawal as announced by the Executive Yuan, we do not provide a 7-day hesitation period for the following items:
- Products that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are close to expiration upon cancellation. These products have a shelf life of less than 14 days, or while slightly longer, are nearing expiration and are not suitable for return or resale.
- Customized ice cream, bakery, or other products made according to your request. You are provided with sufficient information and time to choose whether to proceed with the transaction.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, once the product has been opened or consumed, or if it has been compromised during shipping (e.g., temperature loss leading to spoilage), it is not subject to the 7-day return period.
2. Upon receiving the product, please promptly check the items in your order. If you find any damage or issues caused by non-human factors (e.g., scratches or packaging damage during shipping), please take photos for proof and contact us immediately. You can call 0981841128 or email eeeplant.tw@gmail.com to notify customer service. We will handle your case as soon as possible.
3. To request a return or exchange, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Name and contact number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Video or photos of the product issue
4. Return/Exchange Regulations: According to civil law, both you and the store are responsible for the cancellation of the transaction and restoration to the original state. Please ensure the product is in brand new condition, and return it with all main items, bags, gifts, order details, invoices, and relevant documents. Return products must be in new and good condition. If the product is damaged, lost, altered, scratched, stained, or has damaged packaging due to improper use, unsealing, or other human factors, or if the product or accessories are missing, a return or exchange will not be accepted.
5. Order Cancellation

After completing an order, please make payment within two days. Otherwise, your order may be canceled or delivery may be delayed.

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 3 business days before the original delivery date (excluding the delivery date, holidays, and national holidays) and by 18:30. Cancellation is only valid once confirmed by customer service.

If you cancel your order 3 business days before the original delivery date (excluding holidays), a 5% processing fee will apply (third-party payment fee).

If the cancellation is made within 3 business days of the original delivery date, the product has entered production and a 100% charge of the order amount will apply. No refunds will be provided.

Refunds: After the return order is confirmed, we will process the refund within 15 days, minus any penalties, and will issue the refund via credit card or bank transfer (please consult your bank for the actual refund date).

If you opt for cash on delivery but maliciously abandon the order, we will claim the applicable penalty (product price + shipping fee).
